I hope you’ve taken the time to read The 5 Foundations of Building Wealth From The Inside Out. You see, with all the talk about visualization, positive thinking and affirmations going around, one of the most prevalent ideas I see taking root in people’s minds when they try to manifest something, is that because of the hype around “the Secret”, they actually believe that their desired outcome is simply supposed to magically appear before their eyes when they apply these techniques! No actual work required! Well have I got news for them.

The fact is that while our thoughts, emotions and feelings create what I call a Quantum Resonance Field, our bodies still operate out of our past conditioning (in most cases, the ego-mind is at the wheel here) and can cancel out the resonance of the energy you generate.

In order to truly connect with the desired outcomes you’re looking to manifest, you have to activate your body and energize it so it’s in alignment with the thoughts and feelings you generate. In fact, if you are not able to generate the emotions and feelings you need to connect with your outcome, you can use your body to start generating those emotions and feelings on command!

Now Remember, you need to apply this for it to work. Your body may have gotten used to operating in some less than optimal and unhealthy ways. These habits need to be consciously monitored and corrected whenever you pick up on them. WHY? That’s easy, … BECAUSE YOU’RE WORTH IT!
